Minitek is part of FCI's Basics+ programme.
Recent improvements made to the range include the inclusion of the lowest available profile eject latch header and the optional availability of pin-in-paste versions which eliminate costly secondary soldering operations.
Carefully controlled selective plating reduces costs but maintains performance, and coplanarity of surface-mount parts is set at 0.1mm.
Normal operating temperature has been increased to 125C.
