TTPCom has received the prestigious Queen's Award for Enterprise: International trade 2003.

The award is in recognition of TTPCom's outstanding achievement in international trade - since 2000 the company has more than doubled its export sales and the company's turnover of GBP 40.3 million in 2002 was almost entirely built on exports.

Tony Milbourn, Managing Director stated: "Today's award recognises the efforts that everyone at TTPCom has made over the years in building a leading business in the worldwide mobile communications market.

TTPCom's technology is recognised as best in class, and increasingly many of the world's leading manufacturers are choosing to work with us.

Mobile communications is a very challenging and dynamic business and we have built our business through a focus on customer support and the continuous development of flexible, leading edge technology that enables our customers to develop exciting new products.

Looking to the future, our objective is to get more TTPCom technology into more products worldwide and, through continued international expansion of our business, to maintain the UK's position as a leading provider of digital wireless technology".
