Motorola negotiations contine
Tundra Semiconductor is negotiating with Motorola to acquire its Host Bridge PowerPC product line.
Tundra Semiconductor is negotiating with Motorola to acquire its Host Bridge PowerPC product line Tundra is also negotiating a collaborative agreement with Motorola for next generation PowerPC System Interconnect technology
Tundra and Motorola are continuing discussions and expect to communicate the results of their negotiations within two weeks.
There is no assurance that the transactions will proceed.
However, if agreement is reached, it is expected that the purchase price will be paid by Tundra in cash and that no Tundra shares will be issued to Motorola.
