Acquisitions strengthen financial
position

GAAP earnings for Q4 2006 were $6.8 million or $0.35 per diluted share (up from $1.5 million or $0.08 in Q3 2006; up from $641,000 or $0.03 in Q4 2005).
For FY 2006: revenue was $74.5 million compared with $79.6 million in FY 2005; pro forma earnings were $8.9 million compared with $10.4 million in FY 2005; pro forma diluted earnings per share were $0.45 compared with $0.53 for FY 2005; and GAAP earnings were $10.8 million or $0.55 per diluted share compared with $7.5 million or $0.38 for FY 2005.
