New from TVI Electronics, the TC51854 controller board is an evaluation unit that provides a full support for Optrex F-51854 160x128 F-STN monochrome graphic transflective LCD with a 4.7in diagonal viewing area for characters and/or graphics display The TC51854 uses an ATMEGA16 microcontroller and a 4Mbit AT45DB041B Flash
The controller's features include: RS232 communication interface with nine programmable baud rates; 4Mbit Flash memory; analogue or 4x4 keypad with flip option touch screen controller; AVRISP interface; individual pixel control; animation; four integrated fonts, multiple display modes (normal, reverse, mixed), and parallel display connection.
