Delegates to the 2006 Texas Instruments MSP430 Advanced Technical Conference will walk away with a fully functional experimenter's development board.

Delegates to the 2006 Texas Instruments MSP430 Advanced Technical Conference (ATC) will discover the latest MSP430 ultra-low power microcontroller (MCU) technology and have the opportunity to expand their MCU design expertise through a choice of hands-on labs, in-depth technical lectures and collaboration with MSP430 MCU technology experts for low power, portable design tips and tricks The conference will be held in: Tokyo, Japan, on 28th and 29th November 2006; Sonthofen, Germany, from 5th to 7th December 2006; Shenzhen, China, on 11th and 12th December 2006; Taipei, Taiwan, on 14th and 15th December 2006; and Bangalore, India, on 9th and 10th January 2007

All delegates will receive a unique, fully functional experimenter's development board that will be used in all ATC labs.

This versatile board features the MSP430FG4619 and MSP430F2013 devices, can be programmed using any USB flash emulation tool and is compatible with Chipcon's CC1100 evaluation module.

Integrated peripherals include: a 12bit digital-to-analogue convertor (DAC), a 12bit successive approximation (SAR) analogue-to-digital convertor (ADC), a 16bit sigma delta ADC, operational amplifiers, DMA and LCD controller.

Communication interfaces include SPI, UART and I2C.
