T7N miniature power relays from Tyco Electronics/Schrack are approved by VDE in addition to UL and CSA, and are offered in single pole C/O (changeover) and single pole N/O (normally open) contact configurations.

They feature a sensitive 360mW coil, creepage/clearance to VDE 0435 and are rated at 10A at 250V AC.

The power relays provide a cost-sensitive alternative for applications such as domestic appliances heating control, building climate control as well as in measurement and industrial control.

Ambient operating temperature range is -40 to 85C.

Silver tin oxide contacts are offered for high inrush current applications and various coil versions are available in nominal voltages from 6 to 48V DC.

Other specifications include a maximum switching voltage of 250V AC/100V DC, maximum breaking capacity of 2500VA/280W, IP67 protection category, flammability class UL94-V0, and operate/release time of 10/5ms.

T7N relays pack twice the power of competing devices in a lightweight format, weighing in at only 11g.
