The CII TO-5 range of high-performance relays features hermetic sealing, high shock and vibration ratings and high-reliability RF switching.
The CII TO-5 range of high-performance relays features hermetic sealing, high shock and vibration ratings and high-reliability RF switching Available are standard relays (1MA), diode suppressed relays (1MAD), diode suppressed and protected relays (1MADD) as well as diode suppressed and transistor driven relays (1MAT)
All versions feature 1 Form C contact arrangement, coil voltages between 5 and 26V DC and a maximum coil power of 512mW at 25C.
The mechanical life expectancy lies at 1 million operations.
