The breakers deliver circuit protection to UL1077 and power switching in a single unit.

Available with an optional indicator lamp, the thermal circuit breakers snap into same 28.5 x 13.5mm cutout as many common power-switches currently on the market, to provide a seamless retrofit or integration into an existing design.

Various colour, marking and termination options are available.

The W51 circuit breakers will continuously carry 100% of rated load.

The devices may trip between 101 and 134%, but are guaranteed to trip at 135% of rating within 1h.

At 200% overload, trip time is 4 to 40s, and at 600% overload it is 0.3 to 1.8s.

Typical resistance at 5A current rating at 25C is 0.050ohm, and for a device rated at 20A it is 0.0125ohm.

Other specifications include a 1000A interrupt capacity in accordance with UL1077, resettable overload capacity of ten times rated current and a reset time of 60s.

Operating temperature is 0 to 60C.

Termination options include 6.35mm quick connects or solder terminals.
