The world's most advanced contact cleaning equipment for the surface mount sector will make its debut on the Teknek stand at Productronica 2007.
Foils developed for large frameless stencils
DEK has extended its VectorGuard to 29" by 29" - a convenient new frameless foil system that is said to be set to revolutionize large format applications.
Large formats get frameless foil system
DEK has added large foils to its range of VectorGuard stencils, allowing customers to reduce changeover time and ease stencil handling and storage challenges in large image area applications.
The machine uses an efficient cleaning engine for yield improvement.
The proven elastomer contact cleaning rollers along with the engineered adhesive system provides thorough cleaning of the substrate.
Four large diameter elastomer rollers remove unattached particles down to 1um in size and then transfer them to a high coat weight, presheeted, reverse-wound adhesive roll.
When the outer layer of the adhesive is covered, contaminants are removed and discarded.
Analysis and assessment of the source of contamination is made possible.
The high performance presheeted adhesive system avoids the health and safety issue of using sharp knives in the production area and ensures 100% use of the adhesive roll.
The CM10 has a unique "cleaning module tilt system" to allow ease of operator access therefore reducing down time of the machine and process.
With over 20 years experience in contact cleaning Teknek has built into the CM10 design a number of yield improvement factors including a powerful but safe 7kV antistatic system to avoid recontamination of the surface.
Ease of use and high speed operation up to 40m/min ensures a very flexible and continuous production.
The machine is available with a new silicone free cleaning engine - ESD roller and filmic adhesive for high throughput and productivity.
