Silicon photo-array features low crosstalk
UDT Sensors has developed a new line of superblue enhanced photodetectors, the UDT-4X4D.
UDT Sensors has developed a new line of superblue enhanced photodetectors, the UDT-4X4D.
The proprietary 4 x 4 array detector is designed to provide virtually complete isolation between all of the 16 elements with an extremely low crosstalk level (less than at 0.05% at 633nm).
The active area diameter 1 x 1mm array exhibits sensitivity from 300 to 1100nm with a peak responsivity of 900nm with low 50pF capacitance.
Other features include a standard ceramic LCC package which allows easy integration into any surface mount application.
The advanced new superblue photodetector from UDT Systems has many applications including ratio and scattering measurements and position sensing.
Designed for use in a noncondensing environment, the operating temperature is -20 to +60C and the storage temperature is -20 to +80C.
Special electro-optic options, custom packaging, or parts in die form are all available on request.
