Lamanna moves up to global role
Universal Instruments has appointed Bob Lamanna as Director, Global Services.
Universal Instruments has appointed Bob Lamanna as Director, Global Services Lamanna will report directly to Gene Heiser, VP of Corporate Sales
His main responsibilities will include increasing Universal's market share, improving profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Lamanna's 14 years of experience as Regional Manager, Western States, and Sales Engineer, Northeast, provides a strong foundation for leading Universal's service and training functions.
Under Lamanna's leadership, the Western States sales and service team have been instrumental in expanding the Universal customer base and providing a high level of support to customers during their growth periods.
Lamanna holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Drexel University.
