Universal Instruments is offering its new AdVantis platform at a special introductory price of just Eur 110,000 as it launches the machine at Productronica 2003.

Designed for medium volume, flexible production environments, the AdVantis configuration deploys a high-speed seven-spindle placement head featuring on the head optics, augmented by an optional large-field-of-view upward-looking camera to address a broad SMT component range.

The package comprises Universal's latest UPS+ operating software, on-site training, full 12-month warranty and a generous selection of up to 75 feeders - including 8, 12, 16 and 24mm units - in short, everything needed to commence production right out of the box.

As part of the special offer, any additional feeders required will be discounted.

The special Eur 110,000 introductory pricing initiative starts from the AdVantis launch on the first day of Productronica and will remain in effect until the end of December 2003.

It is available to all businesses in Europe.
