Distributor awards have global spread

The group of distributors honoured for an exceptional sales performance and revenue contribution during 2005 included South Africa's Zetech, which added four new accounts to Universal's customer base over this period.
Adelec, Universal's appointed distributor for Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco, was also rewarded for its efforts which featured the sale of a complete Optima Plus Line.
Franco Martini, Guido Groppo and Giovanni Scotece were present to collect Selettra's award for its achievements in Universal's Italian markets.
The Russian and Egyptian markets were represented by Kalmykov and Sigma, respectively, and Wikman and Malkjell was honoured for its contribution to Universal sales and revenue in the Scandinavian markets.
"The awards really emphasised the power generated by the combination of our distributor expertise and the innovative Universal Instruments product range".
"We were delighted to be able to honour the achievements of our distributor network, which ultimately forms a fundamental component of Universal's success across global markets" added Bennett.
