Next day 800W power source configuration

Modular, configurable power source is capable of providing up to 800W from up to eight outputs.

Unipower announces Quiqplus, a modular, configurable power source capable of providing up to 800W from up to eight outputs.

Customers are able to configure Quiqplus to suit their exact application and it can be delivered next day.

The new power source is capable of providing up to 8 outputs with any output voltage between 3 to 72V from a universal 85 to 264V AC input using a combination of single or dual output modules housed in a 1U high case.

Power factor correction is incorporated along with a Class B EMI input filter.

A 5V DC/100mA standby output is incorporated and single output modules may be paralleled.

Quiqplus features a power density of up to 8.7W/in3 and uses cooling fans to optimise thermal management.

Operating temperature range is from 0 to 70C.

Quiqplus can be controlled and monitored via the I2C serial data bus making the units ideal for a variety of AC to DC systems applications.

All models meet the requirements of all relevant safety standards including UL60950-1, CSA22.2, No 60950-1 and EN60950-1.
