Hast range of accelerated stress test chambers reduces testing and monitoring time for a range of electronic components.

Unitemp can supply the Hast range of accelerated stress test chambers manufactured by Espec The seven models in the range are designed to give a substantially reduced time in the testing/monitoring of electronic components and small assemblies, semiconductors and automotive products

All models are compliant with IEC60068-2-66 standards.

They can produce a combination of temperature over 100C, with high humidity and pressure, which gives the equivalent of extreme conditions.

This means test requirements can be accelerated by a factor of 50 or more.

The control panel is mounted on the top right hand side on the access door with an easy to read display.

Ten programs can be stored in the memory allowing full control of the test profile, especially the critical cool down phase.

Each system includes specimen power terminals that allow easy wiring to test samples, despite the pressurised chamber design. These systems are capable of two different operation modes: saturated humidity and unsaturated humidity.

The M-instrumentation option enables humidity via a wet bulb sensor, eliminating the risk of condensation on samples over the entire test.

Chambers with two bays allow twice as much testing with the same footprint.

All models have a temperature range of 105 to 162C, with humidity of 75 to 100% RH, and pressure of 0.19 to 3.87 atm.

The interior volume ranges from 18 to 130l and dimensions range from 250 x 320 x 250mm to 550 x 550 x 550mm.

Constructed inside and out from stainless steel, this range complements Unitemp's existing range of test chambers.

Unitemp has the expertise to provide "specials" to customer requirements if necessary.

Although primarily designed for laboratories and research facilities this product has applications in the electronic, electrical, process and manufacturing industries.
