Ultrasonic Systems will display the Prism Ultra-Coat System at the Assembly Technology Expo from 27th to 29th September 2005 in Chicago.

Ultrasonic Systems will display the Prism Ultra-Coat System at the Assembly Technology Expo, Booth 5709.

The Prism System delivers precise coating application of conformal coatings, fluxes, photoresists, conductive inks and more onto any substrate with speed and accuracy.

The Prism uses ultrasonic technology with a titanium spray head and digitally controlled liquid delivery system.

Depending on the type of application, thickness ranges from submicron to 25um or more.

The Prism system includes an x-y-z gantry with ballscrew drives and closed loop servo controls.

The Windows XP software allows for easy programming and operator interface to the machine.

The system can handle any substrate up to 450 x 450mm and is available in batch mode or conveyorised configuration.
