New from UR (Ultimate Renaissance), EOS V-series switching power supplies pack up to 40W into a lightweight, open-frame unit occupying surface area similar to a regular business card.
The range has high MTBF of above 250,000 hours and universal inputs, ranging from 90 to 264V AC.
Operating between 0 and 50C, the supplies have over current protection and convection cooling.
Weighing just 6oz, the power supplies are suitable for most market sectors and are used by OEMs in applications that include point-of-sale, data networking, computer peripherals, touch-screen displays, telecomms, medical equipment and industrial products.
EMI/RFI features include a maximum leakage current of just 500æA and qualification as a class B FCC and CISPR EMI filter.
The supplies also meet worldwide safety standards, including IEC950, EN60950, UL1950 Class 1 and SELV, as well as being CE Mark compliant with LVD and EMC directives.
