The EOS MVLT110 Series are 110W open-frame PSUs combining extremely small size and high efficiency to raise system reliability, save product development costs and give designers more flexibility.

At 76.2 x 126.9 x 27.2mm and 250g total weight, power density is 6.85W/in3.

By achieving 4000V isolation voltage and leakage current 0.1 and 0.5mA for a single fault, specified by the IEC and UL medical safety standards, the MVLT110 Series is suitable for use in non-patient-connect medical equipment, and also industrial and laboratory equipment.

Applications include touch screen displays, laboratory and analysis systems, medical research equipment, hospital data systems, health care information systems, dental equipment and outpatient equipment.

The MVLT110 Series includes single output and four-output models.

The single output MVLT110-1301 is a 5V/18.0A single-output PSU.

Further single output versions offer 12, 15, 24 and 48V outputs.

The four-output models offer a combination of +3.3 or +5V 15.0A primary output with -5, +/-12, +/-15 and +24V secondary outputs.

One example, the MVLT110-4304, combines 3.3V/15.0A primary output with +5V/3.0A and +/-12V/0.8A outputs.

Designed for mains powered applications from 90 to 264V, the MVLT110 Series operates at 85% efficiency, at maximum full load input current 2.6A RMS.

Output characteristics include 18ms hold up time in 230V applications, and 0.3% line regulation.

Load regulation and voltage set point accuracy for the V1 output is +/-1%.

Overload protection, short circuit protection and power fail/power good signals are all included.

Nominal operating temperature range is 0 to 50C, extending to 70C with 2.5%/C derating.

MTBF is greater than 200kh.

In addition to meeting worldwide UL2601, EN60601, and IEC601 medical safety standards, the MVLT110 Series is also CE approved and FCC certified.
