Park takes charge of finances

Kyle A Park has joined Vast Systems Technology Corp as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for human resources, investor relations, finance, accounting, operations, IT and all legal activities.

Kyle A Park has joined Vast Systems Technology Corp as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for human resources, investor relations, finance, accounting, operations, IT and all legal activities.

"Kyle is an operational executive with experience in building and managing financial operations for start-ups and established high technology companies, which will serve us well going forward", said Alain Labat, Vast's CEO and President.

"I am familiar with his work from our time together at Tera Systems and he is also well known by Mike Schuh, General Partner of Foundation Capital, which recently lead our C round of funding".

"He is a great addition to our executive team as we expand Vast's worldwide presence".

Park has over 15 years of experience in executive and financial management with companies in the electronics and electronic design automation industries.

Prior to joining Vast, he held positions as CFO of Tera Systems, ReShape, Jasper Design Automation and etNetworks.

He has also held executive management positions at three public companies: Niku, Synplicity and Synopsys.

Park received his baccalaureate in finance from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and his MBA, with a concentration in international finance, from the Santa Clara University, Leavey School of Business.

He has also served, since 1996, on the Board of the Los Gatos-Saratoga Department of Community Education and Recreation where he is currently Chairman.
