Fan trays cool a full rack width
Fan trays can be used with 19in desktop enclosures or to provide forced cooling through the active area of any subrack in a standard 19in rack or cabinet.
LED indicators match switch designs
The K range is mainly intended for applications in the control panels of buses, boats, agricultural machines and construction vehicles.
Rugged keypads handle all environments
RoHS- and CE-compliant KP keypads are manufactured by Lorlin Electronics from strong, powder-coated, die-cast zinc, with an anti-pull key design.
The caseframes provides direct mounting for Eurocard format PCBs in an easily configurable subrack system; the cases accept any standard 19in component.
With power densities steadily increasing, effective ventilation is of paramount importance.
All horizontal versions can be fitted with an optional 38mm deep filtered ventilation plinth that replaces the standard base cover, allowing cool air to be drawn into the unit from below.
The ventilation plinth increases air throughput and provides a uniform airflow across the full width of the unit.
The cool air is drawn into the unit through a removable filter in the plinth, and is then directed through the active board area by a rear duct plate that blanks off the space behind circuit boards.
The cool air travels vertically upwards through the system area before leaving the enclosure via the top of the rear panel.
Optional extras include a range of transparent front doors, formed from strong, shatterproof tinted acrylic.
The U-section lockable doors can be vertically or horizontally hinged and incorporate coloured styling trims.
Also available are rear bump down feet, a heavy-duty carry handle, telescopic slides for subrack/chassis mounting in the 19in case versions and carpet gliders for the tower versions.
