Virage Logic was founded in 1996 at a time when semiconductor companies were not accustomed to turning to a third party for key components of their system-on-chip (SoC) designs.

Virage Logic quickly established itself as a leading supplier of physical IP by treating its customers as partners and providing technically superior products and services.

By placing customer needs at the forefront of Virage Logic's business model and product portfolio, Virage Logic has created a customer-centric company that helps customers focus on their key differentiation, gain efficiencies and reduce their time to market.
