Vision Engineering has developed its range of stereo inspection systems with a Mantis stereo viewer, designed in line with ever increasing demands on quality and productivity of lead free PCBs.
The Mantis Compact is available with a counterbalance universal arm or bench stand and is supplied with x4 and x6 objective lenses.
Bright white LED lighting is now incorporated into the design with 20 LEDs producing a substantial 10,000 hours of life.
The LEDs support the inspection of the surface finish of the lead free solder alloy by producing true light, maximising the visibility of the paste particles to see if they have coalesced fully into the joint.
Mantis Elite is available with either universal or bench stand and is available with a range of fixed magnifications from x4 up to a powerful x20. Request free introductory details about products from Vision Engineering ...
