Vydas brings Peltron to the UK market

Cliff Wyatt commented, that this distribution agreement extends Vydas's growing range of sensor and instrumentation products with the introduction of this significant new portfolio, which includes some very innovative and unique items, yet to be released.

The products include a comprehensive range of high quality (LVDT) displacement transducers and pressure transducers.

In addition to supplying very competitive standard products from stock, Vydas will be offering a custom design service for specialised requirements in this application area.

Peltron was founded in Poland in 1977 by several experienced personnel from the Polish Aerospacial Institute under the guidance of Josef Samulski.

The primary experience brought to the company was that of precision non-electric measurement of pressure, vibration, temperature and movement.

The main impetus from day one was the development and application of LVDT transducers.

The main customers in the early years were in the Eastern Block, however with political and economic changes Peltron has decided to move its marketing operations to include Western Europe, the Far East and the USA and Canada.

Peltron has recently moved into new premises to advance the business and introduce new technologies to enter the world market and offer its service and in-house developmental abilities to a greater audience.
