Flip-chip resistor turns to measurement
The LRK range of flip-chip resistors offers a four-terminal (Kelvin) layout for applications requiring low cost and precision current measurement.
The LRK range of flip-chip resistors offers a four-terminal (Kelvin) layout for applications requiring low cost and precision current measurement The LRK flip-chip uses patented, non-noble, copper-based inks
The LRK is an ultra-low resistance thick-film surface-mount resistor capable of handling power dissipation of up to 2W in an industry standard 2512 footprint.
The Kelvin connection is designed to achieve good tolerance and TCR even at values as low as 0R003, used mainly for current sensing in automotive and applications, that require high power handling and low resistance.
Rated for a full 2W at 70C, the LRK features resistance values from 0R003 to 0R100 in tolerance to 1% and with TCRs of 100ppm/C.
They are rated for operation from -55 to +150C. Request a free brochure from TT Electronics Welwyn Components ...
