The company's ongoing investment in lead-forming facilities has recently resulted in the introduction of vertical radially formed resistors with up to 2W rating packed onto tape.

Also available in bulk packs are vertical and horizontal radials up to 3W rating.

The horizontal radials can incorporate a PCB standoff in the form of a crimped lancet or a joggle.

An further innovation is the Z-form.

This converts an axial through-hole component into a surface mount version suitable for vacuum pick-and-place and reflow soldering.
