Forster assumes greater technical role
UMD has announced that Dr James Forster will assume broader technical responsibilities for the company's thermal management products including its popular iSocket technology.
UMD has announced that Dr James Forster will assume broader technical responsibilities for the company's thermal management products including its popular iSocket technology.
Forster joined the company in October of 2005 and is UMD's Senior Manager of Materials Technology.
An industry veteran, Dr Forster has 22 years of test and product development experience.
Mark Murdza, UMD Director of Marketing, is now heading the company's thermal management offering.
His focus will include product development and marketing for the growing product segment.
"With Dr Forster assuming a greater technical role with our thermal product offering, he brings a senior level of engineering experience to bare on this important, and growing, product segment".
"Mark Murdza brings knowledge of the industry and customers, and will be tasked with expanding our presence with selected customers", said UMD General Manager Bob Schmelzer.
