Total revenue for the second quarter ended 31st July 2005 was $66.7 million, a 12% increase over revenue of $59.4 million for the quarter ended 31st July 2004.
Generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) net income for the second quarter of fiscal year 2006 was $5.7 million, or earnings per share of $0.06, as compared with net income of $3.3 million, or earnings per share of $0.04 for the second quarter of fiscal year 2005.
non-GAAP net income for the second quarter of fiscal year 2006 was $6.3 million, or earnings per share of $0.07, as compared with non-GAAP net income of $4.6 million, or earnings per share of $0.05 for the second quarter of fiscal year 2005.
For Q3 of fiscal year 2006, Wind River expects: revenue to be between $66 million and $67 million; earnings per share to be between $0.05 and $0.06 on a GAAP basis; and earnings per share to be between $0.06 and $0.07 on a non-GAAP basis.
For fiscal year 2006, Wind River expects: revenue to be between $267 million and $270 million; earnings per share to be between $0.26 and $0.28 on a GAAP basis; and earnings per share to be between $0.28 and $0.30 on a non-GAAP basis.
