New from Willow Technologies is the HG4185 series relays for switching applications in automotive or high current DC applications The HG4185 Series are rated for load currents in excess of 100A at 12V DC in the industry standard ISO 28 x 28mm package and are used for low-voltage DC motor control

Normally open HG4185 relays are rated up to a maximum switching current of 240A, 80A continuous using environmentally friendly AgSnOInO contacts.

Special versions are available with higher ratings, as are changeover variants.

Optional diodes and resistors for coil suppression complete the range.

The HG4185 series has quick connect (Fast-on) terminals as standard and PCB terminations are also available, together with chassis/panel mounting versions with a metal or plastic mounting brackets and a skirted cover.
