Wolfson expands to China and Korea
In response to a rapid increase in demand for its products into the digital consumer audio and imaging markets, Wolfson Microelectronics is opening new sales offices in China and Korea.
In response to a rapid increase in demand for its products into the digital consumer audio and imaging markets, Wolfson Microelectronics is opening new sales offices in China and Korea To support the increase in sales and design applications, the first office will open in Shenzhen, China in November 2003, followed by a second office in Seoul, South Korea in January 2004

Wolfson's turnover increased by 108% in the year ended 31st December 2002 to GBP 22.4 million, in the six months to 30th June 2003 turnover was GBP 19.5 million.
In addition to the new offices in China and Korea, Wolfson also currently has offices in the USA, Japan and Taiwan.
