The Via CLE266 chipset includes an integrated AGP 4X/8X 2D/3D graphics controller with dual display support and MPEG 2 decoding.
Display output is through a CRT VGA connector and a DF14-30F connector for LCD 24bit LVDS interface support.

The ICPMB-2660 also supports a CompactFlash Type II socket and a Realtek RTL8110S 10/100/1000Mbit/s Gigabit Ethernet controller.
Included in the I/O are five RS232 serial ports (four by pin header), one RS232/422/485 by pin header, six USB2.0 ports (two by pin header), two ATA-133 IDE channels, one FDD connector, one LPT parallel port connector, two PS/2 interfaces for keyboard/mouse, an IrDA SIR mode (by pin header), and eight inputs and eight outputs of digital I/O.
In addition four PCI slots, two ISA slots and a PCI/ISA slot are provided for expansion.
A hardware monitor for CPU voltages and CPU/system fan speed and temperature detection is also implemented along with power management meeting ACPI 1.1 specification, a watchdog timer and an AC97 compliant audio codec.
