The Mini-ITX board that Wordsworth has supplied will form an essential part of the 14 projectors used in a high profile planetarium upgrade in the USA.

The board is also destined for use on equipment used in commercial and military flight simulation applications, including missions rehearsed using night-vision enhancement devices.

The embedded board offered by Wordsworth hosted an Intel Pentium Processor with DDRII memory.

Using Wordsworth's expertise in hardware and software development, Windows XP Embedded was used to create a bespoke operating system that was installed on a Micro Disk Module to offer flexibility and ruggedness.
