Current-compensated chokes feature low-capacitance winding technology and offer wideband suppression in the range 100kHz to 30MHz.

With their low-capacitance winding technology, WE-CMB current-compensated chokes from Wurth Elektronik offer wideband suppression in the range 100kHz to 30MHz The chokes are available in five different package sizes, and have a defined grid pitch that makes them simple to assemble

The XS package measures just 15 x 18 x 7.5mm, extending to 30 x 35 x 21mm for the XL package.

The WE-CMB series is available in the inductance range from 1 to 39mH and for currents from 0.3 to 12A.

The special construction adopted in the development of the WE-CMB achieves a significant reduction in parasitic effects, which cannot be ignored when deploying current-compensated chokes.

The WE-CMBs are used in power electronics, for network input and output filters, for motor interference suppression and for interference suppression of devices without a ground connection.
