Xicor has added two new members to its integrated real time clock (RTC) product family.
He is currently a general partner of Advanced Technology Ventures (ATV), a leading venture capital firm focused on investments in communications, infrastructure, software and services, and healthcare, located in Palo Alto, California.
Prior to his affiliation with ATV, Harrington was CEO and president of ObjectStream, a communications software company.
He also held senior executive positions in marketing, sales and operations at Lucent Technologies and AT and T.
Harrington holds an MBA from the University of Colorado and a BS in biochemistry from Iowa State University.
Xicor President and Chief Executive Officer Lou DiNardo commented, "Jack brings a great deal of experience in technology and management to our board.
His presence in the investment community and exposure to new ideas also bring value to Xicor as we continue to expand our base of technology".
