The X60008BIS8-41, X60008CIS8-41 and X60008DIS8-41 are the latest additions to Xicor's extensive family of ultra-low-power precision voltage references.
The devices feature guaranteed initial accuracy as low as +/-0.5mV, temperature coefficients as tight as 3ppm/C and 10ppm/kh long-term stability.
The three devices differ only in grading.
The X60008-41 family of devices provide precision voltage references in a wide range of voltage options and consume only 500nA of supply current making them an ideal solution for precision and battery-powered applications.
The devices are able to operate over a temperature range of -40 to +85C.
The products provide a unique combination of performance in initial accuracy, temperature coefficient, long-term stability and ultra low power consumption.
Typically, comparable high precision voltage references are both expensive and limited in availability, often forcing system designers to trade off higher power consumption for better temperature stability.
Xicor's solution eliminates the need to compromise.
In 8-lead SOIC packaging, the X60008BIS8-41, X60008CIS8-41 and X60008DIS8-41 are available now.
