ACL series switchers suit any industrial application requiring a low-cost low-profile AC/DC power supply with up to four outputs, and power ratings from 150 to 300W.

Suited to any industrial application requiring a low-cost low-profile AC/DC power supply with up to four outputs, ACL series switchers from XP come in a choice of 36 models with power ratings of 150, 175, 200 or 300W All have universal AC inputs meeting EN61000-3-2, 3 and output voltages from 3.3 to 48V DC, adjustable by +/-5%

To increase flexibility, the quad output versions come with the fourth output floating so that it can be referenced either positive or negative.

There is also a 12V, 160mA output for powering external cooling fans, if these are needed.

Load regulation is +/-1% and the maximum ripple and noise is 1% peak-to-peak.

With a height of 38.1mm, the 150, 175 and 200W ACL units will fit into a 1U rack slot.

The power supplies offer power densities up to 5.1W/in3 and are available in three formats: U-channel, standard cover and fan cover.

All units can provide DC-OK, with the 200 and 300W versions adding thermal shutdown and remote on/off as standard.

Overvoltage protection comes in at 130% of nominal output and is reset by restarting the power supply.

Overcurrent protection operates at 110-135% of nominal output and an auto-recovery circuit eliminates the need to reset the power supply after such faults.

Leakage current is 3.5mA maximum at 230V AC, 50Hz.

ACL series power supplies meet all major international EMC, and safety specifications.

Standard units are available from stock and customised versions can be developed and supplied subject to minimum orders of 50 units.

100+ prices start at GBP 153.00 for the 300W version.
