Small supplies increase power density
Compact single-output 25W AC/DC power supplies are available in three configurations and with a choice of seven different outputs.
Using the power supplies can reduce equipment size and free-up space for additional functionality.
The units are 2in (51mm) high, have a universal AC input and are available with output voltages from 12 to 54V DC, adjustable by +/-5%.
The SML300 has an integral temperature-controlled fan.
The fan only runs when needed, minimising audible noise and maximising power system reliability.
The SML150 power supply will deliver 150W and is convection cooled.
Power-fail and fan-fail signals are provided for system management.
The units are housed in rugged enclosures and come complete with covers and screw terminals.
Load regulation and ripple and noise are both within +/-1%, and the whole SML range has comprehensive overload, overvoltage and overtemperature protection.
The power supplies meets all major international safety, EMC and ESD specifications and are available now.
