Simple programming for point-of-load
convertors
The JAZ15 family of nonisolated point-of-load convertors can be programmed with external resistors to deliver tightly regulated outputs from 0.9 to 3.36V at up to 15A.
The JAZ15 family of nonisolated point-of-load convertors can be programmed with external resistors to deliver tightly regulated outputs from 0.9 to 3.36V at up to 15A So systems designers can use the same convertor for multiple applications on a board, cutting inventory requirements

Mil-Spec DC/DC convertors live long and prosper
Instead of using optocouplers, XP's full Mil-Spec DC/DC convertors use a patented magnetic feedback solution to deliver long-term reliability.
The convertors accept input voltages from 3.0 to 5.5V DC and come in single inline (SIL) or surface mount (SMT) packages.
SMT versions are offered taped and reeled for automated board assembly.
With 94% efficiency, JAZ15 convertors generate minimal heat, simplifying system cooling.
Offering fixed outputs from 1 to 3.3V, the JAZ10 family offers similar characteristics to the JAZ15 but with 10A maximum output and up to 95% efficiency.
In both product families line and load regulation are +/-0.2% and +/-0.5%, respectively, and there is no minimum load requirement.
Ripple and noise are 50mV peak-to-peak at 20MHz bandwidth and transient response time is less than 200us for a 25% step load change.
The maximum output voltage temperature coefficient is +/-0.03%/C.
The convertors have continuous short circuit protection and overtemperature protection is effective from +120C.
They operate from -40 to +90C ambient, delivering full power at up to +60C with 200 litre/min cooling for the JAZ15 and up to +70C with 100 litre/min cooling for the JAZ10.
All models are currently available from stock.
