DC/DC convertors save PCB space
XP Power has released new additions to its I series of low power isolated DC/DC convertors.
AC/DC products range from 5 to 2400W and include open frame, U-channel, desktop, DIN rail, industrial and medical power supplies.
Also included are DC/DC convertors rated from 1 to 400W, and military component based power modules and filters.
New additions to the guide include the recently announced MFA350 and EMA212, believed to be the world's smallest 350 and 212W AC/DC power supplies.
15 new DC/DC series have also been introduced, including the new miniature JCA range of 26W convertors that offer a standard pinout in a reduced package size.
The MTC/MTF range of commercial off the shelf (COTS) convertors and filters are also described.
Another new product addition is the ECL range of 50.6 x 25.4mm, 10 and 15W AC/DC power supplies that are available in either PCB mount, open-frame, encapsulated or chassis mount variants.
Other new products introduced are those for a variety of communication, defence and medical applications along with new ranges of enclosed and DIN rail units for industrial use.
The front part of the guide highlights information about the company.
One section provides insight to XP Power's industry expertise in their focused markets: industrial, medical, defence and communications.
Another section details XP Power's Engineered Solutions business and how they provide customised versions of standard power supplies to meet customer specific applications.
Additional pages are devoted to product indexes that allow the reader to quickly locate appropriate products.
To assist customers in determining what products are available through catalogue distribution, datasheets indicate availability of specific parts from both the Newark and Farnell catalogues.
A helpful cross reference list at the back of the guide details their stock numbers against the XP Power part number.
