Dual-output DC/DC convertors suit military use
The MTC15 and MTC30 DC/DC convertors' feedback loop constantly monitors both outputs in order to provide a high degree of load regulation.
Small supplies increase power density
Compact single-output 25W AC/DC power supplies are available in three configurations and with a choice of seven different outputs.
Four output power versions are available: 1, 1.5, 2 and 3W.
The convertors are as small as 11.68 x 6.1 x 9.65mm for the 1W models, occupying very little PCB space and allowing designers to reduce the size of their end products.
The standard pin out configurations make the units an ideal low-cost, drop-in replacement part, without any need for PCB redesign.
All models provide either 1000 or 3000V DC input to output isolation for a period of up to one minute.
The IH and IN series also has 4000, 5200 and 6000V DC isolation options.
Input voltages covering the nominal values of 3.3, 5, 12, 24 or 48V DC +/-10% are available, with the IW and IU series offering a 2:1 input range, accepting 4.59, 918, 1836 or 3672V DC.
Single and dual-output models are offered.
The single output voltages are 3.3, 5, 9, 12, 15 or 24 V DC.
Dual outputs provide +/-3.3, +/-5, +/-9, +/-12, +/-15 or +/- 24V DC.
All units, with the exception of the IS, operate on full power from -40C to + 85C without derating.
The IS model is rated from -25 to + 85C, with derating above +70C.
All models are able to operate in most environments without the need for additional heat sinking or forced airflow.
With an MTBF in excess of one million hours, the I series is an extremely reliable product that will help ensure extended lifetime in the customer's end products.
