XRT is about to take the global electronics sourcing components industry by storm.
Its product is a web-based, fully comprehensive connector crossreferencing application being the culmination of 3 years software development and over 60 years of experience within the connector industry.
XRT is an associate company of IQC International, a well-established connector distributor based in Sussex, UK.
The system is initially designed for use by connector industry and sourcing managers within the communications, defence electronics, avionics and other related sectors.
Not only does the XRT database provide suitable alternative component information but also full supplier contact details.
Constantly under development, the system also enables component drawings and specifications to be displayed with part numbers - making it an invaluable tool for sourcing personnel and component approval engineers alike.
Future developments are planned to include Military Specification and NATO stock numbering systems and may be expanded into other markets where crossreferencing of information is becoming an essential factor.
The product is set to expand throughout Europe and the USA within months of its initial UK trade launch on 22nd April 2004.
