The new Yokogawa PBD2000 2GHz differential probe is a high-bandwidth device designed for measurements in LVDS (low-voltage differential signalling) applications.

The new Yokogawa PBD2000 2GHz differential probe is a high-bandwidth device designed for measurements in LVDS (low-voltage differential signalling) applications When used with the company's DL9240 digital oscilloscope, the new probe offers a system bandwidth of 1.5GHz

The small head makes it easy to probe fine-pitch circuits, and the PBD2000 also offers a high common-mode rejection ratio of -12dB or less from 100MHz to1GHz to ensure high-fidelity signal observation.

Other key parameters include attenuation ratio of 10:1, input resistance of 50 kilohms, input capacitance of 1.1 pF, maximum operating voltage of +/-7V, maximum differential input voltage of +/-5V, residual noise of +/-500uV RMS and residual offset voltage of +/-10mV.

A browser attachment kit containing a variety of pins, micro clips and leads is also available.
