Yokogawa's Centum CS3000 and CS1000 have been recognised by the Fieldbus Foundation as the first host systems to support Foundation Fieldbus technologies in an interoperable manner.

Yokogawa has added two new models and increased the functionality of other units in its Green Series of digital indicating controllers.
The Fieldbus Foundation launched its Host System Interoperability Test Project during 2000 with the aim of improving interoperability between Foundation Fieldbus devices and host systems.
