Immunity testing expanded to 2.7GHz
The York EMC Services (YES) Castleford laboratory has recently been assessed by UKAS for performing radiated immunity measurements to 2.7GHz.
Building on this expertise, capabilities have been expanded year on year by offering complementary services and testing to additional directives and standards.
LVD testing has been offered from the YES laboratory in Dalgety Bay, Fife since 2000 and also at the Bristol laboratory acquired from GTL in 2007.
In addition to EMC and LVD YES also provides a range of other services, including: regulatory advice and consultancy; EMC management planning; technical documentation generation and notified body assessment; electromagnetic field (EMF) assessments; acoustic measurements; IET-endorsed continuing professional development training; a range of specialist reference signal sources for test system validation; and shielding effectiveness measurements.
