Alchip-MVE aluminium chip capacitors from Young ECC, Nippon Chemi Con's sole UK agent, feature an extended base platform on larger size devices to ensure a superior vibration withstand capability.

These general-purpose devices are aimed at applications that require high CV values from a surface-mount device.

Offered in capacitance ratings from 0.47 to 6800uF, and in a voltage range from 6.3 to 450V, MVE series devices also exhibit a long life of up to 2000h at 105C.

These are among the first surface-mount devices to be offered in extended capacitance and voltage values, enabling many users to take advantage of automatic processing and handling production capabilities for the first time.

Case sizes range up to 18mm in diameter, 21.5mm high.
