Manufactured by Fujitsu Components and available from Young ECC, the FTR-JR series low-power relay targets HVAC applications and consumes 35% less power than earlier generations.

Manufactured by Fujitsu Components and available from Young ECC, the FTR-JR series low power relay targets HVAC applications and consumes 35% less power than earlier generations The 16A, 250V AC rated PCB power relay, has a 530mW nominal power coil and features a 9.5mm minimum insulation distance giving an excess of 5000V AC dielectric strength between coil and contact

A surge withstand voltage of 10kV between coil and contacts applies.

FTR-JR series is available with a choice of 12, 18 and 24VDC coils and is UL Class B-rated to 130 degrees Celsius.

Configured as 1 Form A, the relays have Fast-On solder tab contact terminals on top to connect the load quickly and easily, while still offering the option of connecting the load through the PCB.

Cadmium-free contacts address environmental concerns and are capable of carrying 20A with a maximum switching voltage of 250V AC or 150V DC.

Specifications include 100,000 minimum electrical operations at rated load and a minimum of 20 million mechanical operations.

The relays provide 10-55Hz, 1.65mm double-amplitude vibration resistance and 20g minimum functional shock resistance.

FTR-JR relays conform to UL, CSA, VDE safety standards and are ideal for general cost-sensitive industrial applications such as air conditioning and lighting.
