In the LE series, the high frequency LEM2520 (up to 1000MHz) has inductance values of between 10nH to 100uH with tolerances of +/-10%.
Maximum rated current is 280 to 530mA.
Maximum DC resistance is 0.26 to 0.80ohm.
Protection in high frequency circuits is assured with self resonant frequency values ranging from 1200 to 4300MHz.
Lower frequency LEM2520 versions are rated at up to 520mA and offer 0.12 to 100uH inductance with tolerances of either +/-5 or +/-10% depending on the component value.
High current versions are available in two different sizes, LEMC2520 (1008) and LEMC3225 (1210).
Inductance values range from 1.0 to 330uH with +/-20% tolerance (+/-10% is standard for values over 10uH.
Low RDC versions are also available with values as low as 0.06ohm at 1.0uH.
LB wound chip inductors offer low DC resistance for use in PDA and portable digital equipment.
The series includes the LB2518, rated 1 to 100uH while the LB2016 and LB2012 values range from 1 to 100uH with tolerances for all models of +/-20%.
DC resistance is 0.15 to 7ohm (LB2012), 0.09 to 4.5ohm (LB2016) and 0.06 to 24ohm (LB2518).
Measuring frequency for all three inductor types is 7.96, 2.52 and 0.796MHz.
LE devices are suitable for wave and reflow soldering and LB inductors are suitable for reflow soldering.
Both series are available in tape and reel for automatic placement.
Operating temperature is -40 to +85C for all models in the LE series and -25 to +85C for the LB series.
