The NJU7043A is a dual rail-to-rail CMOS operational amplifier that offers low-voltage operation, high output current, low current consumption and high input impedance.

The NJU7043A is a dual rail-to-rail CMOS operational amplifier that offers low-voltage operation, high output current, low current consumption and high input impedance.

Manufactured by Japan Radio Company, and available from Young ECC, the device is ideal for audio applications allowing as it does a full-swing input and output under high loads.

The NJU7043 op amp has an operating voltage from 5V down to as low as 1.8V and a high output current of typically 40mA.

With a 3V rail, the operating current is 600uA (typical) with a rail to rail output swing of 50mV.

The op amp offers a unity gain bandwidth of 0.8MHz and a low input bias current of 1pA (typical).

Other features include a low total harmonic distortion of 0.05% and a noise figure of 40nV/(rt)Hz ideal for audio applications.

In addition to reliable operation, the op amp is available in extremely small package sizes with 8-pin DIP, DMP, SSOP and TVSP8 package options.

Power dissipation is 500mW (DIP), 250mW (SSOP), 300mW (DMP) and 320mW (TVSP).

Operating temperature is -40 to +85C.
