Enabling the correct solution to be matched, the MKT LDE range is available in a wide choice of capacitances from 0.001 to 4.7mF and rated voltage from 50 to 630V DC.
Tolerances of +/-5, 10 and 20% are available.
Pulse rise time is 100V/ms.
The devices' operating temperature range is from -55 to +125C with delivery in loose or taped form.
SMD sizes range from 12.06 to 60.54mm.
