Power devices qualify for automotive duties
Monitors, regulators and references meet the requirements of AEC-Q100 Grade 1 for operation in automotive environments at temperatures up to 125C.
This initial DPAK product offering from Zetex is aimed at motor drive, load switch and LCD backlight inverter applications.
30, 60 and 100V N-channel mosfets are introduced in the DPAK package with respective on-resistances of just 20, 45 and 85mohm.
The unique structure of the Zetex trench mosfet technology, enables the parts to combine high current handling with fast switching speed.
The DPAK bipolars comprise 30, 45 and 75V NPNs and complementary 40, 60 and 100V PNPs.
As an indication of the transistors' low saturation voltage performance, the 30V ZXT849K exhibits a saturation voltage of 80mV at 1A.
Continuous collector current ratings are specified up to 7A and forward gain up to 20A.
